Here are details about the Possible Alert Conditions.
Account Closures (Terminations) Status

Collections Status
Customers will be identified with a Collections Alert if they have either a "U" or "C" status. "U" status represents unfunded bank accounts or insufficient funds (NSF), while the "C" represents account balances that have been sent to a collection agency.
Clicking on the Collections Alert will bring up additional details. For example, a history of actions related to the customer’s "U" status will be listed.

Clicking on the Open Inquiry/Amendments link will display a search box and a list of inquiries and amendments that are currently open. The Search Box is used to access the Inquiry History, which will be described in a following section. Inquiry Search
The Search box that appears in the Inquiry Information screens can be used to search for additional information. The fields in the Search Box represent the date range to be searched. Source Tax Online automatically selects the beginning date for the prior quarter and the end date of the current quarter. These dates can be changed by entering new dates in the following format: mm/dd/yyyy.
Example: 08/15/2000 to 9/15/2000
Click on Find, and a list of inquiries and amendments that match the date range will be listed. Only 20 lines of data will display at any one time. If there are more than 20 inquiries and amendment entries, they will be listed on another "page" of data. After the "Inquiry/Amendment Information" heading, a notation indicates how many pages of information are in the list and identifies which page you are currently viewing (example 1 of 2 Pages found). Use the First Page, Next Page, Previous Page and Last Page links at the bottom of the data display to move between pages. When you are viewing Page 2, the notation at the top will change to (2 of 2 Pages found). If you want to conduct a new search, clicking on Clear will delete all data in the fields to allow you to re-enter data ranges.
You can search for inquiries and amendments by entering ranges for:
