If your business has more than one payroll company/division with the Tax Service, it is possible to "connect" a specific bank to a specific payroll company/division. For example, you can:
• Debit a single bank account for all your companies/divisions, Or
• Debit a separate bank and bank account for each company/ division, Or
• Debit separate banks and bank accounts for groups of your companies/divisions.
A new Tax Funding Authorization form is required for each bank account number and FEIN Federal Employer Identification Number. Refer to Changing the Bank Account Used to Fund Liabilities section of this chapter for instructions in completing this form.
