The Customer Snapshot contains the following information:
Menu List - on the Customer Snapshot page (and all pages moving forward from this page) a list of links to other screens and options appears at the top of the page, just below the name of the current page. Clicking on one of these headings will take you directly to that screen:
Home – returns you to the Valid Applications list
Search – returns you to the search screen from other customer information screens
Customer Profile - includes:
Customer Snapshot - takes you to the Customer Snapshot screen, which provides customer summary information and alerts
Billing Information - find and review billing transactions
Tax Code Profile - a listing of customer tax code information
Customer Data - includes:
Alert Summary - a view of important account status information
Tax Liability History - allows you to view a history of customer payroll tax liability information
Ledger Information - enables you to find and review customer payroll tax liabilities and deposits, including:
General Ledger Data - payroll liabilities, deposits and funding
Liabilities & Deposits - payroll liabilities and deposits only (i.e., no funding information)
Funding Activity - funding transactions for payroll tax liabilities
Prepaid Activity - prepaid liabilities and deposits (mid-quarter data, only)
Jurisdiction Data - payroll tax liabilities and deposits by specified jurisdiction
Tax Events - includes:
Tax Incidents - a view of customer tax service issues
Inquiries - a view and status of customer tax service (agency) inquiries
Documents - includes:
Customer Reports - a view of customer reports (Quarter-end Statement, e.g.)
Document Images - find and view customer payroll tax related documents from our electronic document image repository
Tax Tools - provides links to the following areas:
Resources & Links - provides links to federal, state and local agency Web sites and other useful information, including the QE Planner
Customize Settings - enables you to customize the settings for when you are using Source Tax Online
Heading - Customer ID, Name, Collector ID and Collector Client ID, Alert Icons.
Note: The Customer ID, Name, Collector ID, Collector Client ID, and Alert Icons will appear at the top of every page.
Alerts Summary Information – lists current alerts messages. Detailed information will follow on the various alerts messages
Recent Events – lists recent activity including closed inquiries/amendments, terminated customers, inactive customers, or QE status.
Customer Detail Information – shows contacts information, FAX numbers, company code, and start date.
