To begin using Ceridian's tax service, you must complete and submit all of the forms included in the Start-Up Kit (paper or online version) to your Ceridian payroll district office. Your payroll district office will review the data you provide and forward it to the tax service. We will then install your company's information on the tax filing system and send you a Welcome Package as confirmation. The Welcome Package consists of a Welcome Letter, Master File Audit Report, and, if applicable, Current Quarter or Prior Quarter Forms.
